1) Could you please confirm which technology of broker server (MT4 or MT5)?
2) Could you confirm the exact broker server name ?
3) Also, what is the login and password of this broker account? You can define a temporary password and change it back when we have added it. Or you can send us the investor password if you prefer. This is a requirement for adding it as a new server on our platform
